Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchange Exchanges are accepted only in cases where you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. We do not accept exchanges for opened or used products, or for reasons of personal preference.

How to Request an Exchange Email us at support@vogeon.in within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photograph of the product. Our team will verify the request and arrange a reverse pickup if eligible.

Exchange Process Once the original product is picked up and inspected, your replacement will be dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. You will receive a new tracking number once it is shipped.

Important Notes Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is out of stock, we will offer you a full refund or store credit. Vogeon reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria above.
