Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Timelines Standard delivery across India takes 4 to 7 business days depending on your location. Delivery to metro cities is typically faster. Remote or rural pin codes may take slightly longer.
Shipping Charges We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 499. For orders below Rs. 499, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 49 applies.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your delivery in real time.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@vogeon.in within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and a photograph of the damaged package where applicable. We will resolve the issue promptly.Currently, we ship across India only. International shipping will be available soon.
