Refund Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Vogeon purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Eligibility for Refund Refunds are applicable in the following cases only: you received a damaged or defective product, you received the wrong product, or your order was lost in transit and not delivered.

Refunds are not applicable if you simply changed your mind after purchase, if the product has been opened or used, or if the return request is made after 7 days of delivery.

How to Request a Refund To initiate a refund, please email us at support@vogeon.in within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a clear photograph of the product showing the issue. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Refund Process Once your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please share your bank details when raising the request.

Non-Refundable Items Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
